Hello to everyone, I do not know if this topic goes here, sorry.

I would like replace all "," from the 2sd position something like this:
"ABARTH","ABARTH Grande Punto","","","","","1368","10,61","13600","2009-2010"

Become to:
"ABARTH","ABARTH Grande Punto 1368 2009-2010"

Note that 8th and 9th columns has been replaced by a space.

The file is a CSV with many registers, about 20.000
