Default Web Browser Plugin in NotePad Dock

My idea is really simple but Awesome results can be drives.

1- Design a Plugin to Show Default Window Browser in NotePad++ Dock with Interface
a- In Dock, Show Settings Button at top right corner
b- In Dock, Add Dropdown Control to show All added URL's Alias
c- Add Windows Default Browser below the DropDown list.
2- In settings, add following Functions
a- Add/Remove URL and Alias name
b- Show Display Browser in Full Dock, without Dropdown and Setting buttons
3- Add following submenu in Plugin's menu
a- Toggle Dock
b- Refresh Dock (To load page again)
c- Settings
d- About
4- Now when a user click any item in DropDown list box, it should load Default Browser with its URL. Default Web Browser is need to embed under this DropDown

How useful this plugin Can be?

We can many of widget, gadget etc like in iGoogle http://www.google.com/ig/directory
We can add Google Tasks in DropDown using URL https://mail.google.com/tasks/ig
We can add weather live report, live radio, live tv, live stock and many of others
We can add localhost url to see live output of code
May be we can also add some Chat URL as well in future, google chat like google tasks
Every one can take advantages as he need
We may also add firefox plugin by using chrome://URL_TO_Plugin if Default Browser is FF

This will be really going to be an awesome plugin, i have tried to develop but fail. Don't have much knowledge of C++ and as well of your plugin development.
