Server hangs

I am using python 2.4 and SOAPpy to access a sharepoint server's soap services. Howver when i try to use the proxy for ntml authentication it just hangs and i get no response. The process also takes up 100% of 1 of the 4 cpus on my machine consistantly after the soap cliant connects to the proxy server. Attached are the debug Files and the config file with username/password removed.

Firefox performance slows if configured to use NTLM proxy

Firefox works perfectly and efficiently if it is configured to directly access the NTLM proxy server. However I have to put the user name and password every time I open the browser window. To avoid this I pointed my browser to NTLM auth proxy. However I noticed that after a few initial requests the rate with which the firefox fetches pages decreases considerably. May I know the reason why this is happening?

The http request with the error written above. I tried to debug it, but i really didn't understand what was the intention of the code on the error line. I think maybe the response from the server is not as expected.

Here are the log files.

Thank you for developing the program.
I connect to internet via ISA server, when I was in Windows XP, IE and Firefox work well, but in Linux,I couldn't download file under console,such as apt-get update、wget，then I found this program few month ago,it worked well for a time.

but recently I got the message below when I run apt-get update:
400 Bad Request ( The data is invalid. )

I am puzzled, why I got the message?
because ISA server changed settings? I don't know.

ntlmasp polls parent proxy like crazy

I've been using ntlmaps 0.9.8.8 as a parent proxy for
Proxomitron for a while and it worked fine. But after
an upgrade from ISA Server 2000 to 2004 SP1 in the org
I've noticed that CPU usage on my WS has become too
high during browsing. Even after moving from ntlmaps
0.9.8.8 to stable version 0.9.9.0.1 the situation
hasn't changed. It seems like ntlmaps polls parent
proxy (ISA 2004) too intensivly - it writes
*thousands* of debug strings "No server's data to send
to the client" to the log and pythonw.exe (v2.4.2
final) consumes 50% to 90% of a hyperthreaded CPU
time. The tests were done with Opera 9.00 and MSIE 6.0
(I now they both support NTLM but Proxomitron
doesn't). What's strange PARENT_PROXY_TIMEOUT setting
change from 15 to 3 doesn't seem to have an expected
effect on this...

i once used this program in linux when konqueror was
denied by our corporate isa server. proved best in linux.

i never thought i would need this program in windows
since firefox supports isa authorization schemes.

i am using ntlmaps as a server for snoopy. thanks dmitry.

I enabled all loggings and can provide those if necessary.

Uninstall / restore old setup

How do you uninstall or restore the system to how it
was before running runserver.bat (windows version)?
Make it prompt again for NTLM logins.

ntlmaps won't negotiate NTLM on proxy

I'm experiencing a bit of an odd issue with ntlmaps
hoping somebody can shed some light on. My browser
(firefox) works just fine through our corporate web
proxy, and with network tracing I see that it is
negotiating NTLM and working fine. However, when I
attempt to use ntlmaps (for wget/emerge/whatever) it
seems that the two are unable to agree on an
authentication method.

error of 80004005

when i sign in the msn messenger 7.0 beta through the
aps, the msn messenger would report a error of
80004005, and the signing in failed. but when i do the
same operation with msn messenger 6.2, the error does
not exist. May you try it? thanks a lot .My email:
