For example if Safari is the default on OS X, the following is being returned rather than opening the URI:

works on Windows 10 Pro with Edge, though.

NC hangs on OS/2 while trying to update exchange rates

Hi, after applying the latest update (http://fx.sauder.ubc.ca/supplement.html) NumericalChameleon hangs with Creating GUI displayed at the bottom of the splash screen.
Looking at a process monitor shows which.exe running. Killing NC then moving which.exe out of the PATH allows NC to run fine but attempting to update the exchange rates fails with java.io.IOException: Browser execute command not defined displayed in the console window.

"Restart"-item and restart when changing lang is not working

There's a problem with the current release: The restart-item and the restart function after changing the language is not working anymore. I'm using the current release including the patch released recently.

Doesn't speak numbers with 80s

It's not a big deal, but for the spoken numbers in the
English version of the program, it doesn't speak any
number with an eighty in it. It goes up to the point
where the eighty occurs, then stops.
