Unable to load Add-In to VS.NET

From within VS.NET (I have Enterprise Architect 2003, and
Microsoft .NET framework 1.1), I'm unable to load the
TestDriven.NET Add-In. In other words, when I'm in
VS.NET, and go to Tools->Add-in Manager, and check the
box next to 'TestDriven.NET 1.0.915.0', I get a popup with
the following message:

The Add-In 'TestDriven.NET 1.0.915.0' failed to load or
caused an exception.
Error Message <Unknown Error>
Error Number: 80131604

Can not uninstall/install

On uninstall of the Add In I get this message:
"Unable to get installer types in the "<path to
nunitaddin.dll>" --> One or more of the types in the
assembly unable to load.

On startup of my VS.NET IDE I get an Assertion Failed
exception. Probably on loading my NUnit AddIn.

Both error messages are attached.

I just upgraded my Office from XP to 2003.

I would like to have the AddIn also available for NUnit
2.2.0.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Couldn't find declaring type

Using the latest build. When I "test with debugger" on an
individual method, I frequently get this error: "Couldn't
find declaring type with name..." Sometimes, if I restart
the IDE it will stop happening. Sample stack trace:

I can't install the addin

Hello,

I'm trying to install NUnit Addin, but the installation
repeatedly fails with a message box saying a
InvalidOperationException ocurred. The files seem to be
installed, but I don't see the addin in my VS.NET 2003.
I've tried to install several builds including the last with
no success so far. The contents of my
NUnitAddin.InstallLog is attached.

unable to see the result of asserts..

I have asserted a few statements in the test fixture
code, but I am unable to see the assetion result in
either debugging mode, or in any window(both for addin
as well as gui).
Is there a way to look at the assertion results ?
