Nodes that are firewalled should tell the other nodes so that they don't end up on the list of open nodes that are passed around.
As of V19.21 nodes that are firewalled still get hit, wasting bandwidth for both parties and causing firewall logs to go crazy.
People could be behind NAT routers that they don't control, like a company firewall, coffee shop or wireless ISP.
A option so the user could override erroneous firewall detection should be included.
