I would like to blacklist nodes by IP (one at a time via GUI) and also a range of IPs.

It would be good to use a standard format so we could download a blacklist from the web that gives out a list of "evil" blocks of IP ranges, and a way to easily put them in the OFF system somehow.

A simple text config file we could update would work for now and it could be improved for GUI use later.

If there is a automatic service out there that you can get a list from (user makes the choice if to use it and how often to update).
