redo/undo for attributes

commands need to be implemented for attributes

selecting nodes containing attributes doesn't work fine

In an empty node you can click anywhere to select it,
but in a node containing attributes you can't.
Therefore clicks need to be delegated to the parent node.

summary view is not synchronized with save button

changes on the summary view are not detected and keep
unsaved without prompting when the editor is closed.
That is because the save button is not synchronized
with the summary view.

solving this is a bit more complex, because for any
changes on the summary view we have to use commands.
Then the save button, redo/undo... will work properly
for the attributes as well.

Redo/undo is not working properly. no sync. plus no
correct implementation in all commands.
