It would be a good idea to have an option where the admin could set a periodic backup of the model (template and/or instances). For example, "make a complete export every monday at 22:00 to \\backupfolder\models".

Change Tracking

I'd like to suggest a function for change tracking, like versioning in CMDBuild.
And it provides traceability of configuration changes by tracking changes.

Instant Export from "CMDB View"

It would be great to have an export facility (CSV, XML) directly from the OneCMDB Desktop / CMDB View. One could filter and group the CIs and directly export them to file.
Currently i can only look at the data in the CMDB View or write a Custom Report - but a Custom Report is a little much afford for getting simple data out of the CMDB.
I have seen this in another application, it was great just to search, filter and group and then export the results with a single click...

Allow user to upload files for a CI, which may contains manual, backup plans or even device pictures. That would be very useful to extend the value of CMDB.

Option to take Baseline/Snapshot

I'd like suggest a funcion to take baselines / snapshots.
And a function to compare (diff) two baselines or the actual state and a baseline.

Multilingual user interface

The support of different languages would be great in onecmdb. Personally, I need UI in russian, because I plan to implement it in my org.
As a practical deed I can translate all text in user interface to Russian language. But as I can see, all strings are compiled into java code, so some programming needed to integrate different language support in the project.

Exclude fields in the table view.

Fields that are excluded in the table view, can be made visible by right click on the column header and made them visible. There must be a way to not shw these fields at all.

Need a function to access directly to CI properties in CMDB

In the focus of integration of the oneCMDB application in the Operation processes, a direct access URL to reach the CI properties in the CMDB view/template hierarchie would be highly usefull to pinpoint a CI properties when an incident is processed by the Operations/HelpDesk. URL could be identified by the Hostname or IP@ parameter.

Need a function to save/print graphs

When using graphs for dependancies analysis, for actions susch as Change Management , the capability to save graphs as (e.g.jpg pictures files) or to be able to print the graph would be a great help.
