OpenDocumentPHP 0.5.2 released

Dear Customers and Developers,

the OpenDocumentPHP team is proud to ship the newest code out of our subvision repository as release 0.5.2. A lot of changes has been made to the code to make it faster and more reliable than ever.

The current code is based on the great “phase1.1” tree in our repository. If you want to stay close to the latest code, you can always use the “phase1.1” development tree right out of the subvision repository.

Most of the former bugs where fixed and the source is much more documented than 0.5.1. But as every code under development, there could be new bugs. So please report any bug you find on the bug tracking system at sourceforge, send a message on the mailing list, or report it at least to one of our developers.

Take a look at our website http://opendocumentphp.org for the latest information about OpenDocumentPHP and for our open positions in the development team.

Today we have released the latest OpenDocumentPHP code. It is based on the "phase1" code base and can be found in the download area under "phase1". You can also get the latest SVN version, if you check out (only) the phase1 part.

Hi folks,

as you all know, we are currently in a redesign phase. As a first result of this redesign, we will publish this new code which is called "OpenDocumentArchive".

This class is a extension of ZipArchive class (available since PHP 5.2.0) to store OpenDocuments in the OpenDocument package format, wich is a zip archive with a manifest document. (Very similar to JAR archives, but with a manifest which is a DOM document rather than a text file.)

The current 0.2 release shows the new direction for OpenDocumentPHP. So join the development team today, and be a part of it.

After a very long time of no active development, we are back to the code and working on it. So if you always wanted to join, this is a pretty good time.

stage 0: 3rd public release! POC 0.4.7-pre-snapshot is out!

We are proude to announce the 3nd public release of our "proof of concept" code (aka "POC").
You will find POC 0.4.7-pre-snapshot in the "Files" section.
This is a snapshot release because we missed 0.4.6 and the time until 0.4.7 (or 0.5.0)will be out is too long.

There are three types of files: OpenDocumentPHP-0.4.7-pre-snapshot-dev.* is the hole code including development code.
OpenDocumentPHP-0.4.7-pre-snapshot-src.* is the hole source code except phing build stuff.
OpenDocumentPHP-0.4.7-pre-snapshot.* is just the code for a production environment.
OpenDocumentPHP-0.4.7-pre-snapshot.php is a production release of the whole code in a single php file.
