&lt;p&gt;1. After the header, additional 2 bytes are written&lt;br /&gt;
into the edf data file. This is because the size of the&lt;br /&gt;
header is not set right.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;2. writeedf can't deal with negative numbers. The&lt;br /&gt;
isadigit function (or what was the name ?) looks at the&lt;br /&gt;
- sign and decides that this isn't a valid number. But&lt;br /&gt;

On the latest &lt;br /&gt;
ModEEGdigital.brd file there are extra traces.  I think &lt;br /&gt;
these should be on a silk screen layer instead of the &lt;br /&gt;
trace layer, because they will short out IC103 and IC104.&lt;/p&gt;
