#44 Remap the larger FFWD/RWND to be PREV/NEXT track
When fast FFWD/RWND is disabled, map the PREV/NEXT
track to the buttons.
I have no use for FFWD/RWND as I don't listen to
audio books. However, I often use PREV/NEXT track
when listening to music, and I imaginge most people
do as well.
The current next/prev track buttons are very small
and difficult to use. On commercial cd players, the
PREV/NEXT track buttons are usually quite prominant,
as a testament to their popularity.
