#210 resize to smaller dont use advanced filtering ?
I was trying out devil for my project now and was expecting the box filter to be used when resizing an image making it smaller but i get a very blocky image when reducing an image.
After looking at source code it looks like advanced scaling is only used when making an image larger.
Am i correct that making image smaller will not use any advanced filtering ? If so there is stuff that can be improved (if this lib is not dead).
