Add ability to set IP interface binding

Team. I am curious to know if you get chance to implemnt it -> http://sourceforge.net/p/openl2tp/bugs/27/
It is very much required multihomed server and for those who want to run multiple l2tp server in a singe box. :)
If yes which version and how to use it .

If it is not can you please tell us which file we need to modify. I modifed
l2tp_network.c line-950 .Now I can bind to a specific Interface for listening socket..But still out going packet taking main interface IP.... I was searching for send socket fd which I need to bind instead of INADDR_ANY. or probable bind not used at all as it's not required. :)

this request is very similar to this patch: https://195461.bugs.gentoo.org/attachment.cgi?id=275845 provided by author here: http://forums.openl2tp.org/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=64 
But instead of using ipparam (which is intrusive parameter (http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=635472) and brakes valid execution of ppp ipv6-up initscript), the remotenumber is much more acceptable without any intrusion.

please append "remotenumber" parameter to the parameter list for executing pppd daemon (additionally to currently provided ppp parameters). Main reason for this request is to support for client-IP accounting if some PPPd RADIUS authentication is in place (CHAP/PAP/MSCHAP/...). pppd radius plugin have ability to send calling-station-id radius parameter to the radius server included inside the access-request message. of course, within this parameter needs to be real client IP address provided in classic form "remotenumber A.B.C.D" or "remotenumber "A:B:C::DDDD" etc.
this parameter is not intrusive and it is not causing any other unexpected behavior.

The ppp usepeerdns option is missing.
This has been requested before, but it could not be found in the current release.
If it helps, i could create a patch file, it's not really complicated ...

L2TPv3 Support

L2TPv3 Support, and the ability to interoperate with Cisco L2TPv3 xconnect/pw. Tagged ethernet frame payloads would be a great place to start.

multi-hop l2tp support

openl2tp already supports operating as LAC and LNS.
Would adding support for multi-hop be much hassle?
Also, could the destination tunnel address and password optionally be set via radius?

Custom pppd options

It would be nice to be able to specify custom pppd options in ppp profiles, for example, for configuring ppp-dhcp plugin. Right now it is only possible to write a wrapper for pppd which adds needed options and reconfigure openl2tpd to use it instead of the real one.
