#19 Transition Fore[Aft] Radius Not Scaling

Scaling of any rocket with a transition only correctly scales components on one side of the transition. Either the transition's fore or aft radius gets scaled correctly, as does it's length, but not the other radius or seemingly the diameter of any component [before | after] the transition. The length of all of the other components on either side of the transition appear to scale correctly (just not the diameter). Sometimes the scaling fails on the components in front of the transition, and the other times it fails on the components aft of the transition (one or the other always fails).
