&lt;p&gt;1) Open a command prompt at the folder where the packaging tool is located&lt;br /&gt;
2) type "osfpackagingtool" and press enter&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;An unfriendly error message is observed (see attached).&lt;/p&gt;
