I have run the Windows installer package on a WIndows
2000 server. The package launches the browser, but a
page not available error occurs.

What database does the installer attempt to start?

When I start the server manually, it starts without
reporting an error, but the log file repeated reports
the assert violation:

Assertion (from != string::npos) failed in
C:/home/helge/projekte/openshore/src/misc/os/osNT/IOManagerNT.cpp,
line 380
SHORE Server 2.0.0 Alpha 2 (release, trace) vom 21.5.2004

I am very likely overlooking something simple, but I
would appreciate any advice you might provide.

Thank you
