Scenario:

Click School --> Portal Notes --> Help. You will see Portal Notes Help. No problem till now.

Now Click Users --> Help. You still see the Portal Notes Help.
I think we should create Help for all tabs and display whenever user clicks on these tabs.
The tabs are School Setup, Students, Users, Scheduling, Grades, Attendance, Eligibility and Food Service.
