Yes, in the current version it is broken. The capo settings in Printer settings is being ignored. This has been fixed already, and will be in the upcoming release.
Btw., your depicted settings in Settings.png are misleading. The proper setup for printing capo chords without the regular chords, is having turned on all three related options: Print chords, Print capo chords, and Hide regular chords.
The upcoming version will also take care of the faulty word spacing (including overlaps).
