I'm running Opensong 2.2.7 on Windows 10 and all of a sudden, it won't save my styles. A message comes up telling me it can't create the file, see attachment...
Looks like your OpenSong Documents folder points to your Program Files folder (where the program is installed to) instead of to a folder in your profile, or some other location which you are allowed to write to without running "as Administrator", i.e. with elevated privileges.
I suggest you try the following to fix it:
start OpenSong
from the main menu choose Settings - General Setting…
go to the File locations tab
click Browse and browse for the folder named OpenSong in your Documents folder, or to wherever you know the OpenSong documents folder resided. Select the folder.
restart OpenSong as per the instructions displayed on screen
If this does not work, please re-install OpenSong and select Reset OpenSong Preferences from the Select Additional Tasks page.
