&lt;p&gt;This would be in the case we don't have access to the worklist, or when the worklist does not contain the information needed. &lt;p&gt;Unfortunately, this wasn't reported anywhere. I guess,&lt;br /&gt;
as a general rule, any invalid parameter-name should at&lt;br /&gt;
least be logged as a warning (as far as i'm concerned,&lt;br /&gt;
i would mail the startup completely fail, but since I&lt;br /&gt;
have no clue about openwfe's architecture yet, I don't&lt;br /&gt;
