as discussed it would be nice to get the current expression id from the original workflowinstanceid.

This would be in the case we don't have access to the worklist, or when the worklist does not contain the information needed. (as in, the current step in the flow, when not in a workitem ..)

In my worklist-configuration.xml, i added (by mistake)
a store with a parameter such as
<param-name>participans</param-name>

Unfortunately, this wasn't reported anywhere. I guess,
as a general rule, any invalid parameter-name should at
least be logged as a warning (as far as i'm concerned,
i would mail the startup completely fail, but since I
have no clue about openwfe's architecture yet, I don't
know if it would make sense;))

Adding Users like "owfe-domain\sewidk" and
"owfe-domain\jmettraux".

The password may be empty or for all the "NT-users" the
same password.

These users are required for the ParticipantGetStrategy.

The workflow-definition XML schema elements could be
decorated with xs:annotations as a user documentation
instead of plain XML comments. These annotations would
then be available to applications (as tool tips, for
example)

Besides there are some elements missing from the
schema. One of these elements is <defined/> (there is
only an <undefined/> element).
