The XML file reveals that the closing LIST TAG is not applied at all or is applied incorrectly.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Typical error message is: DAISY Translator - Validation Error&lt;br /&gt;
Translation failed, and translated document is invalid.&lt;br /&gt;
Summary: The \'level2\' start tag on line 46 does not match the end tag of \'list\'. Line 53, position 8&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Same behaviour was noticed on Word 2007, Word 2010 &amp;amp; Word 2003. English, Hindi, Marathi &amp;amp; Japanese documents have been tested.&lt;br /&gt;
