When the document contains Endnotes, translation fails with error message such as "DAISY Translator - Validation Error
Translation failed, and translated document is invalid.
Summary: In pattern contains(@idref, '#') and string-length(substring-before(@idref, '#'))= and count(key('notes',substring(current()/@idref,2)))!=1:
noteref URI value does not resolve to a note element"
further, if the endnote text contains a hyperlink then the error mesage is "An error occurred during a call to extension function 'Anchor'. See
InnerException for a complete description of the error."
