There was some problems, when both RTL &amp;amp; LTR texts exist.&lt;br /&gt;
I checked with Office 2013 (Microsoft Word Add-in).&lt;br /&gt;
Please see attached sample file in word 2013 format.&lt;br /&gt;
(You can also save it as html using microsft word).&lt;/p&gt;
