POS function to return long integers

Actual the POS function is limited to a maximum of
65535 records as it returns a short integer. It would
be very helpful for some of mine applications if it
could be changed to long integer to work with databases
containing more than 65535 records (in my case
databases with reference material which should be
integrated in an OPL application).
