I am using OI with Zencart (someone has written a
module which can be found at the Zen Cart forums) and
QB. The shopping cart order ID is being imported into
QB (as an optional feature) as a line item in the sales
receipt.

In QBI, a Zen or OSC QB interface, the cart order ID is
being placed in the PO field. This is great as it makes
it more easily searchable.

Any chance of such a change in a future release of OI?

Blackthorne plugin - ability to export any status

I'm unable to import orders that havent been paid for
and that's exactly what I want to do. I'm sure it
wouldnt be too difficult to do since the statuses are
just numbers.

If it makes it any easier, the status numbers I need are:
4 (Ready for payment request)
7 (Awaiting payment)
8 (Awaiting payment)
9 (Awaiting payment)
10 (Awaiting payment)

If you show me what program do use, I could probably
hack the plugin file by just changing the numbers that
are there to the ones I want to use.

CSV export

If there's a way to write a plug-in to export to a CSV
file. This program is great and with a CSV export, I
think it would allow for a lot of people who use other
POS systems (other than Quickbooks), to integrate there
orders/customers/other data a lot easier.

I use PDG shopping cart, would like to be able to

Quickbooks support for Group Items

I use Quickbooks Premier 2006 Manufacturing edition,
OSCommerce, and Endicia, and Order Integrator to tie
them all together. (www.diyautotune.com)

OI supports the sale of Inventory Items in Quickbooks,
and it supports the sale of Inventory Assemblies if you
select a checkbox, but I can't find any way to get it
to support the sale of Group Items. Would it be
possible to add this, maybe as another checkbox similar
to the Inventory Assemblies support?

And Nathan-- if you don't mind please drop me an email
at websales AT diyautotune DOT com. I'd like to chat
and bit as I've got a couple ideas to help further
develop this already great tool, and I don't want to
ask for them for free, if you know what I mean.

Support for Shipping Insurance Contrib

I'm hoping OI can be made to be compatible with the
'Shipping Insurance' contrib so that it will pass
through the amount the customer was charged for
insurance and log this in quickbooks as a configurable
'item' (that I've setup as 'Shipping Insurance' in
Quickbooks).

BTW--This isn't related but I'm not sure how else to
communicate this to you -- I've been using OI 0.8.6
with Quickbooks 2006 Premier (I was a beta tester) and
it works fine-- just an FYI.

Shipment Emails Template New Variables

It would be really helpful to include some new
variables to the Shipment Emails Template.

[[name]] = name of customer
[[orderid]] = Order ID
[[shipping_method]] = shipping method used
[[order_date]] = date the order was placed
[[ship_date]] = date the order was shipped

There are plenty more realevant that I could think of,
but I think those 3 are the most pressing.
