Database error

Is there any way to get a log of the SQL transactions between OI and MySQL? For some odd reason, two separate installs have suddenly started to complain that there is no 'customer_telephone' field in the database, when it most definitely does exist on the MySQL database...

Something somewhere is acting squirly, since I have a copy of the production database on a different machine, and connections to that work fine, but on our production server the error pops up regardless of anything. I have tried to use the name of a different, existing field in OI for that (customers_fax) just to see if that would make any difference, but the same error keeps happening.

I can connect to the DB from the same machine which has OI installed on it using the same credentials, and select data from that database and table without issue...

I'm very confused at this stage...

Runtime error

I'm getting a Runtime Error - 1004 (Unknown) when trying to run on XP. Installs clean, but won't start or run...

Ideas?

I had the same problem as:
[ 1283439 ] Missing Install Files

Error opening file for writing:
C:\WINDOWS\system32\OLEAUT32.DLL
OLEPRO32.DLL
ASYCFILT.DLL
STDOLE2.TLB

I just ignored these as you suggested.
It installed fine but when I go into modify import
options I get:

Unhandled error 339: Component 'MSINET.OCX' or one of
its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is
missing or invalid.

this file is missing. Where can I get a reliable copy?

I am a newbie at installing components and registering
them. I understand to copy the file to the right
location but I don't know how to properly register a
component. Do I run a command at the cmd prompt?

We would like to use Order Integrator with our Zen Cart store so that
we can export our sales directly into MYOB our Mac based accounting
program.

Can we export as a CSV file so we can get to excel or MYOB?

Can we use Order Integrator with Virtual PC on the Mac?

I am haveing a problem when i import from blackthorne
it says error 3315: feild 'orders.email' cannot bea
zero legnth string. i am using 0.8.8 order integrator
and blacthorne version 3.0.175.0

Missing Install Files

So far I have gotten the program installed and
connected to my SQL database. I have been able to
download orders and it appears to be trying to integrate
with QuickBooks (2005 Pro) but for some reason will
not put the orders in. No error messages are given
during the transfer.

The thing I noticed during the install that may affect
what is going on is the error messages I get when I
install Order Integrator
