&lt;p&gt;With Outlook not running, I ran&lt;br /&gt;
Setup.OutlookMAPISpy.1.1.exe without problems.&lt;br /&gt;
Then restarted MS Outlook 2000 SP-3 (9.0.0.6627) [German]&lt;br /&gt;
on Windows XP Professional.&lt;br /&gt;
No new toolbar / new buttons were added, though.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The way I understand the 7 lines of help documentation,&lt;br /&gt;
the buttons should have been added automagically(?)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;How can the correct functionality be added manually?&lt;/p&gt;
