It would be nice to have syntax highlighting for Doxygen configuration files ("*.doxyfile;doxyfile"), and since it seems like a simple thing to add a parser for this, I will have a go at it. Stay tuned!

Now implemented using a finite-state machine [r7176].

Please review and test!

Note: Escaped double-quotes within strings are not yet handled.

A whitespace bug was fixed in [r7177], and minor code refinements were made in [r7178].

An unnecessary copy of the returned blocks was eliminated in [r7179].
