Using GMOS-S (red slit) the profile fitting (which is necessary to perform a cross-talk correction)
fails for some profiles in the vicinity of dead fibers. This means that these spectra won't be extracted.
I have to look for the reason...in p3d_tracing_calculate_profs.pro /CS
