Thank you kindly for your reply! I installed the latest
version and am having the same problem. It installs
with no errors but when I try to open a book the fonts
in the tabs look strange and the book opens a new tab
but displays no text. The books ARE being unpacked into
the "work" directory (I can read them if I open them in
my browser) but they won't display in PTR. Could
security settings such as script blocking or Norton
Antivirus affect the program?

Again, thank you kindly for your help!

I am very excited to use this program. I have installed
it on a standard, updated Win2K computer. The program
installs and loads just fine but when I use the "open
book" menu the fonts aren't displaying correctly and
when I try to open a book I get an IE error screen (see
attached.) I do have canon.zip in the "canon" folder as
well.

Any help you can provide will be appreciated and thanks
again for this wonderful software.

With metta,

I downloaded below two files, and saved the four
subfolders of canon in the program file's canon
folder. C:\Program Files\Pali Text Reader\Canon\

-Pali Text Reader 0.0.9.9
-canon bib

However, it is still giving me error. Please kindly
assist.
