Provide version info on the website. At the moment only the date of the generated pages is visible.

Provide a binary distribution

Hi,

I think we need to provide a binary distribution of PT
0.3 in addition to the source one. We can't expect
users to build by hand the project in order to be able
to use it. I think it would help users a lot.
