I've added M5 at the end of the gcode in commit 16d93a050a9cad92cd745a98256fbad5456e3a3c
I'm closing this bug, if someone is interested in Mac support, please open another bug

Thanks for your contribution! I'm not actively working on this program anymore and haven't milled any boards in years, but of course I'll gladly add your changes to the git repository if that's ok for you. If you want, you can have direct access to the git repo in case you want to change anything else.

milldrill conflicts with drill-front

As mentioned in https://sourceforge.net/p/pcb2gcode/mailman/message/30920008/ the combination of milldrill and mill-front is (was) not yet implemented.
I added some necessary lines taken from the drilling function to the milling function in the drill.cpp file and additionally fixed the issue that milled hole diameters are not converted to inch when the excellon file is metric.

The recent file is attached, please test.

Voronoi does not work when processing through "front"

When using the voronoi function, I found that when I set the offset=1 for voronoi in the millproject file (as it says to do), the front board output file has nothing in it (it has the header and info but no XYZ information for moving the tool head). However, if you process the same file to be engraved w/ voronoi as an outline instead of as front, it produces a nice voronoi outline just like it\'s supposed to. See the attached MillProject file for more information about the specific code.

seems there is no practicable way to install pcb2gcode on Ubuntu.

The version out of the Ubuntu softwarecenter is outdated and bugy (see: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/pcb2gcode/+bug/1085533\)

And for the new version from the git, there is no well described way for a installation.
