Hi,

On Windows, using PDCurses 3.3.

When PDC_RESTORE_SCREEN is defined, I get a lot of garbage on the screen when the width of the screen is smaller than the width of the screen buffer (when there is a horizontal scroll bar).
This happens in command prompt and windows powershell.
