itextsharp version 1.0.4.0/2.0.50727 conflict

seems like pdfizer needs version 1.0.4.0 of itextsharp for some features but version 2.0.50727 for others. I hope this accurately reflects the root cause of my problem. Below is the fault I get using pdfizer in case my root cause is incorrect:

'note: 2x double quotes escapes a quote character in
vb, like \" in c#
