I suggest a "default",  integer "0" indicating that each bookmark creates a page.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Where multiple bookmarks exist on a page, multiple pages are generated.&lt;br /&gt;
To help with unique file naming, use [CURRENTPAGE]_[BOOKMARK NAME] as the naming method when integer "0" is used.&lt;/p&gt;
