unmatched tags due to capitalization

Hi!

pdftohtml does not seem to produce correct xml for my
sample pdf files, as it produces output xml as follows:

My various XML-Tools display error messages because of
the non-matching <A> </a> tags.

Please advice me whether I am overlooking some simple
explanation or fix.
