when outputting results into a file, e.g "pdftohtml&lt;br /&gt;
MYPDF.PDF &amp;gt;output.txt), no error information is put&lt;br /&gt;
into the file; only what pages were processed.  For&lt;br /&gt;
files that do not generate output at all (for instance,&lt;br /&gt;
encrypted files), no output at all is generated.  Is&lt;br /&gt;
there a way that when pdftohtml is invoked, errors can&lt;br /&gt;
be dumped into a file for review?  This occurs with&lt;br /&gt;
