I've just wanted to say that I'm testing 2.0-beta version from over 2 
days and I must say that it is working like a charm, without any 
problems. The performance is very good and I didn't notice any errors. 
So in my opinion you can say that it is stable :-).

One more thing - did you thought about putting Java/PHP bridge into PECL 
repository ?
