Treat PHP tags like braces: indentation

I'd like to be able to have the PHP start/end tags cause
code within them to be indented by one level, e.g.
<?php
if (foobar()) crunchly();
?>
This might be something I could contrive myself if I
understood c-mode better; if it's easy but not commonly
requested then perhaps you could add a note in the
documentation on how to do it?
