Hard to see information window

When moving the information window, a small portion on the left side becomes transparent and the rest of the window disappears, making it hard to know where you are putting it. A photo is attached.

Ticker menu disappears

I've noticed that if you refresh the ticker menu a few times, it will disappear and won't come back. I have not yet tried this with any other menu.

Possible Terrain Error?

I have reached a point where a particular error is covered by a rock, and when I try to demolish it, it says something like "no stone to demolish". So to experiment I tried to move my unit there and no error occurred, it simply said "Moving to 4845185". Is this an error with the terrain mapping?
