In the file original genieconfiguration.inc.php is
there a slash at the end
define("URL_ADDRESS","http://localhost/phpCodeGenie3/web/");

this work but I not have tested all the application;
but in the sorgent view the code insert a double //
slash after;
so I think in the merge withfinal path , the code
insert newly
one slash; but I don't know if this i sfor all the
final path
