&lt;p&gt;It is not really a bug.  but I am unable to see&lt;br /&gt;
settings for database encoding.  I have a database&lt;br /&gt;
which store not latin characters.  when generating the&lt;br /&gt;
code using PCG3, The view form is not able to show the&lt;br /&gt;
data.  even changing the encoding of the firefox does&lt;br /&gt;
not help display the UNICODE characters.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;is there a way to set this in the installation?&lt;/p&gt;
