Same subnet on diffetent sections: Overlapping error

Hi,

I have 2 different sections on my setup:
- Public IPv4
- Customers

The subnet xxx.150.52.0/22 and the 4 /24 inside it are registered under Public IPv4.
The xxx.150.54.0/24 is registered under Customers section and is divided in 2 /25.

When I try to edit something under Public IPv4, it tells me this:
Subnet xxx.150.54.128/25 overlaps with 170.150.54.128/25 (Corporate Prefix 01)

The problem is that the "Corporate Prefix 01" is under Customers section. Should it be working like this? Strict mode is active. When I disable strict mode, it works.
Shouldn't sections work totally independent?
