JQuery Error when adding hosts in subnet

Hello,

I am using phpIPAM ver. 1.3.1 on RHEL 7.2
I have added a subnet. Now when I scan for hosts in this subnet, I am able to see list of used ip's.
When I click on "Add Discovered Hosts", I am getting below error -

jQuery error!
Internal Server Error
Status: error
Error: Internal Server Error

Also in the subnet section, I can see that it has added a IP.
But still it gives me error.
For adding the remaining ip's, I have delete the ip from the list and press Add Discovered Hosts button.
again I get the same error, but it adds 1 ip from the list.

I have to repeat the whole process manually for adding each ip.

No logs found in /var/log/messages.
