If you create a new user you have always to manually activate 2FA for this new account even if 2FA is enabled in the settings menu.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Feature Request&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br/&gt;
Suggestion 1: An option in the "Create user" dialog where you can activate/deactivate 2FA for this new account or...&lt;/p&gt;
