<p>I am not sure we understand, I suggest to show table comments in schema Structure, as a column. If you were asking the position this column should have, I suppose it should be towards the end, since that column could be wide and low importance (surely after name and Actions), but I have no strong opinion on the precise position. I would place it after Lines, but it could be anywhere after.</p>
<p>I notice that Action is very large.
