&lt;p&gt;On the Schedule Backup page, we need to ask the user as to how the backup script will trigger. The following are some that are commonly used:&lt;br /&gt;
1. An include line in the index.php at the very end.&lt;br /&gt;
2. A Cron entry or attached to an existing Cron Entry&lt;br /&gt;
3. An online cron service like &lt;br /&gt;
a) mozy.com&lt;br /&gt;
b) webcron.org&lt;/p&gt;
