This release fixes some bugs, and upgrade/remove some libraries:

• Fix a bug in XML_FROM_CELL_ARRAY that html() cannot handle UTF-8 characters properly.
• Update XML_XPATH to support registering namespaces for query.
• Update the download versions for AutoIt3, Selenium Server and jQuery.sheet.
• Remove the use of the unmaintained Zend Gdata, so the instructions GDATA_NEW_SERVICE, GDATA_GET, and some scripts "script - calendar event", "script - calendar event xml", "script - download google doc", "script - spreadsheet to json", "script - run remote script" are removed too.
• Rename "script - run local script" to "script - run script".
