*x* number of days before a show to remind the <br />
person they have tickets and ask them to confirm. <br />
Many people will order tickets and forget, so this <br />
way they are reminded to confirm/cancel (if money is <br />
taken at the door)</p>
<p>Perhaps the email could read something like this:<br />

Dear <person></p>
<p>This is to remind you that you have reserved <br />
<number of tickets> for <show> on <date> at <br />
<time></p>
<p>Please confirm your reservation by <clicking here> or <br />
by calling us at <phone number>. If you do not <br />
confirm within <number of day/hours> before the <br />
show, your tickets will be canceled and offered to <br />
the next person.</p>
<p>Thank you and enjoy the show</p>
